Lauren Patrick is no stranger to real estate. Her grandfather was a builder and developer in the local area for many years. Lauren has followed her passion for real estate by investing in homes, both locally and throughout Northeast Ohio.
She is a member of Greater Cleveland REIA< Greater Cleveland REIA, and Lake Erie Landlords Association and frequently attends other Real Estate Investors events. Meet VP Realty’s agent, Kevin (A.J.) Pitsinger. A.J. has been a part of the Garrettsville community his whole life. He went to Garfield High School and graduated from Maplewood Career Center. You may already know A.J. and his family from being humble and helpful lifelong community members.
In addition to real estate, he works full time in the engineering field. He also owns and operates a business renting out party tents with tables and chairs.
When not working, he enjoys coaching his son’s baseball, basketball, and soccer teams. AJ is a huge Guardians fan. He loves to watch all the games and has gone to several at progressive field every year. One day, he would like to visit other stadiums to watch the Guardians dominate!

When Shelby is not selling real estate she loves rummaging through her huge vegetable garden. Meet Bobby Macik, from VP Realty! Bobby grew up in Mantua and graduated from California State University Northridge with a Degree in Psychology and Theatre. He has always been involved in Real Estate. From moving a few times and having a brother who is a general contractor, he found a love for Real Estate. Bobby got his license a few years ago and hopes to grow in his Real Estate career. He loves flipping homes, remodeling, interior design, landscaping, the whole works.
Bobby loves traveling and has spent a lot of time backpacking and visiting various countries. He has been to six continents. He enjoys seeing new places, especially trying new foods from around the world and learning about various cultures.
Whether it’s a first-time home buyer looking to find a safe place to lay roots or an investor looking to find a great space for passive income, he is passionate about real estate. He truly enjoys working and connecting with people. Buying a home is a big, exciting step and he loves being a part of that journey.

Meet the Administrative Assistant, Brittany Kaiser at VP Realty. She is from the Atwater/Randolph area and has lived there her entire life. She is a wife and mother to her daughter, Kyleigh, and son, Cole. She loves traveling for her children’s sporting events. She also loves camping and spending time with her family. She is a volunteer for the local Portage County 4-H Horse Club. Brittany has an extensive background in customer service and administrative work, making her an asset on the VP team. She loves working with VP Realty because she is very detail oriented. Brittany loves that the VP team goes above and beyond for their clients. She plans to take her Real Estate classes and become an agent in the near future.

Meet Rhianna Aldhizer, an administrative assistant with Vincent Patrick Realty. Rhianna grew up in the college-town of Kent, Ohio, and achieved her Bachelor of Arts in English and Creative Writing from Kent State University in 2021.
“In my free time, I really enjoy cuddling up with a good romance or fantasy book. I also play a lot of video games – I am currently playing Zelda Tears of the Kingdom! My husband, Nick, and our cats – Zora, Daphne, Frankie and Boss – and our pups, Angus and Pepper – are my whole world. They are what motivates me to keep going everyday when things get hard, and I love them all so much for it. Say hello to Rebekah Stout, Vincent Patrick Realty’s administrative assistant. Rebekah is from Windham and graduated in 2019. Rebekah has experience in customer service, networking, and writing. You may know her from when she managed Garrettsville Dairy Queen. She was also a lead at her previous call center. Rebekah loves her job because she enjoys helping others and organizing. Rebekah is an asset to our physical and virtual office.
