I get the most phone calls for clients looking for Ranch style homes or homes with easy living accommodations such as a first floor Master Bedroom and laundry. In this location these types of homes are hard to come across. When they go on the market and are priced right, they fly off the shelves. I just watched a ranch home go into multiple offers after being on the market for less than two days. As you can see, there is a need for more ranch style homes or first floor easy living access and not a lot of availability. So if they aren’t available, what do we do? We build them!
I have worked with builders to offer package deals to make it easy to build. I have two packages available.
The first is a 1,560 sq. ft. ranch home which includes 3 bedrooms and 2 baths for $243,000..
The second is a 1,738 sq. ft 2 level home which includes 3 bedrooms, 2 ½ baths, first floor Master bedroom and laundry for $255,000
Each package includes, the house with standard finishes, drive way, tie-ins, and lot. Standard finishes include laminate and carpet floors. Upgrades are available, such as hard wood floors and granite, but at an additional cost. The lot included in the above listed price is a half acre lot in Eagle Creek. If you are interested in a different location or additional land, I also have other lots available in varying price ranges.
