2. To find out where we can position your home on the market, fill out the CMA request form at the bottom of the page.  When deciding where to position your home we use a CMA (Comparative Market Analysis) with current and past data.
3. A pre-listing packet will be dropped off at your doorstep for you to go over.  This includes
   1. CMA (your home’s value based on the market)
   2. Net sheet (What you will profit from the sale of your home)
   3. Personal Marketing Plan  I have a marketing plan for each type of property that includes a targeted buyer type.
4. We will arrange a time to tour your home.  It is my obligation as a Realtor to thoroughly evaluate your home’s condition and features to properly access how it competes in the market.

Life Tip:  A home lived in is 80% full, when you sell it should be 20% full.  So if you are moving, start clearing out. An uncluttered home shows best.
