VP School offers monthly study sessions with a study guide to help you ace your exam. We are here to help you reach your career goals.
What does VP Real Estate School have to offer?
VP School provides various training on multiple topics. We know learning is not one size fits all and are prepared for different styles of learning. We offer a real esate school and include training using videos, in-person training, checklists that are experienced agent approved, scripts that are from real-life situations, and provide agent shadowing and mentoring. We are here to help every step of the way. We want YOU to succeed as a part of the VP Team!
VP School offers FREE monthly Exam Preparation.
Visit our office and attend our study sessions to prepare for your real estate exam. We host a monthly hour-long study session. In the study sessions, agents that have passed the test help teach the real estate terms.
If you want to get hands-on experience, start using our office as a study center. Lock yourself in an office study and ask questions. Receive on-site training before you take your test. We can set you up with a mentor, so you can see what real life real estate is about. Come into the office, study, and get real-life experience. Confused about real estate terms? Other VP Training Opportunities
Vincent Patrick Realty offers free agent training to agents and interested in becoming a real estate agent. They are held the first Thursday of every month from 4:00 pm to 4:45 pm. All are welcome to come to our office for agent training Thursday, March 3rd to. The topic is Title Exam Process and Common Questions, hosted by Sabrina Bennett, County Commissioner and Owner of Bennett Land Title. Reach out to lpsoldit@gmail.com for any questions.
Take your classes: Ohio Real Estate School Licensing Courses
To become an agent, 120 hours of online or in-person classes need to be completed. We are not a real estate school that offers these courses. We help your prepare to take the exam and train you to be a great agent. For the licensing process, the less expensive option is Davis College. There are four classes. Classes can be purchased together or individually. We recommend also purchasing CompuCram from Hondros to study. We recommend getting through the classes, printing out the completion certificates, and signing on with us as a Brokerage (we can sign electronically). After you submit to take the real estate exam, it will be 2 weeks to a month until you are eligible to take the test. Use this time to practice Compu Cram and attend our study session regularly.

Based on your personality style we can help guide you to an area of real estate that would be a good fit. Learn to take on Leads, offered from VP Realty.
VP Realty offers leads to our agents and VP School prepares you to take them on! VP School shows you how to create and maintain Customer Relationship Management (CRM). If this is new to you, that’s okay! VP School will train you to utilize this tool to ensure you are organized. Maintaining a clean CRM means maintaining an organized real estate agent life! Through practicing scripts during VP School’s weekly Lead Generation you will be prepared to communicate with various clients with ease!
Time Management is key to being a successful agent.
Time is money! VP School’s real esate school will provide you with the tools and motivation to utilize your time to become a successful real estate agent. We provide training on utilizing your virtual calendar, CRM, a virtual task list, utilizing office admin staff, and setting healthy boundaries for real estate life distractions. VP School will train you on various systems and help you find the right practices that make you an efficient real estate agent!

VP School will train you on how to prospect using our systems and teach you methods to get new clients! VP School trains you to make this a part of your morning routine and log daily prospect activity. VP School will show you how to set appointments to get contracts written up!
