VP Realty Teams Up With Commercial Brokerage
VP Realty is now partnering with Pappas Realty Co. for commercial real estate sales. Teaming up on listing the Buckeye Block corner lot, Rose’s Green House on St. Rt. 82, A store and residential lot available on Canton rd in Akron and the old Windham Hardware. The goal is to create proper exposure for these properties to businesses and investors.
Pappas Realty Co. is one of Akron’s first commercial real estate companies. Established in 1957 by brother(s) George Pappas and Pete Pappas with a niche focus on “commercial real estate…exclusively” Now, into its second and third generation, Pappas is run by George’s son, Michael Pappas, and Grandsons, Patrick Powers and Stephen Powers. Pappas brings years of commercial real estate knowledge and experience to the table.
