Buyer Agent and Administrative Assistant
VP Realty is hiring a Buyer Agent/Admin Assistant. Pay: Hourly plus commission. This job is for: 1. An agent who is getting started or wants more business or 2. For someone that is interested in getting their real estate license. We are willing to train the right person while they are obtaining their license. (License reimbursement available) We are willing to offer a base pay for help with administrative tasks to get the person started. 15 hours a week at $15-18/hour doing administrative tasks. (depending on experience) Real Estate licensed preferred to immediately start training program to help assist with our clients. We have more business than we have agents. This position would be great for an agent that wants to level up. Assisting with clients would be commission-based plus hourly when doing administrative tasks. Inside Sales Agent (ISA)
VP Realty is hiring an Inside Sales Agent (ISA) to join our team to help with our business growth. Are you an outgoing individual who enjoys working with people? Do you thrive in a fast-paced work environment? If yes, then this job maybe for you! An ISA is the first point of contact for our team and is responsible for converting massive amounts of leads into appointments through personalized follow-up. The ISA will hand administrative work and sales. This is a COMMISSION based position with pay on each lead that leads to a successful close. Marketing Assistant
VP Realty is hiring a Marketing Assistant. The pa is $15-$18 per hour, depending on experience. This job is for someone with marketing experience and wants to bring their ideas and knowledge to a growing business. We are a new real estate brokerage and growing rapidly. We are active across social media, have an established website, and have a large CRM that needs maintenance. We host PR events and advertise virtually and in person. We are looking for a candidate to help with marketing in house and bring fresh ideas to the table.
The Marketing Administrator will be responsible for maintaining and adding content to our website and social media, creating videos and blogs, assisting with public relations, direct campaigns, and brings their knowledge and fresh ideas to VP.
